I’ve always been active. Biking, soccer, running everything from sprints to long distance. In high school I competed as a track athlete, and later I became an Ironman finisher. Fitness has always been a part of my life, but what drives me now is helping other people reach their goals.

My approach is straightforward: shortcuts don’t exist, but there’s always the most efficient and safest path forward. I’ll give you clear guidance, remove the guesswork, and keep you progressing without wasted effort.
